Solving logistics challenges using our proprietary software helped us organize and lead two different erection companies to work concurrently from each end of the structure to meet in the middle, reducing the construction schedule significantly. We were able to track process flow from material ordering through the fabrication process, ensuring the erecting crews could continue installing without interruption, while keeping the owner apprised of any potential risks in the process.

Th overall structure consisted of three levels of composite structural steel mezzanine, covering roughly two-thirds of the 885,000 square foot footprint and one level of composite joist mezzanine yielding total square footage of 2.3M square feet.
